Had a little mix up with my room. Needed a handicap accessible room. When I asked if there was anyway I could switch rooms, the staff jumped right in it. They didn't have the same type room that I was originally in so they moved us to adjoining rooms. When the air conditioning wasn't working in one of those rooms, they moved me to the room on the side, so my group could still be close. It was the 4th of July weekend and that staff went above and beyond to get us what we needed. The breakfast every morning was wondering. Had either omelets or scrambled eggs. You could make your own waffle. Kimberly, one of the workers in the kitchen was on top of everything. Making sure the area and tables were clean. Asked if we needed thing and was very friendly.

The location was perfect for our purpose needing a motel. Beautifully New Facility & will definitely use again if the need arises. Thank You.

New hotel. Water was brown. But overall clean.
